How-To for Roll Stock

  • Choose which material you need (6 choices)
  • Choose which finish you need (2 choices)
  • Choose your image size (from 3” x 3” to 29” x 44” including any registration marks or excess unprinted areas)
  • Upload your artwork into the online editor
  • If you need help with print guidelines and specifications, please click here to find our graphic design guides
  • Customers who need help with graphics can also choose to utilize our in-house design team for a nominal one-time fee. Click here
  • Indicate if a registration mark is needed along with its desired location
  • Choose the print orientation and roll unwind direction you need. The image can be turned 0°, 90°, 180°, or 270°
  • Choose the quantity of impressions you need
  • Choose the date you would like your flexible packaging order to be shipped from our facility
  • Choose the FedEx shipping method for your order

How-To for Lay-Flat Pouch

  • Choose your pouch size (8 choices)
  • Choose your material (6 choices)
  • Choose your finish (2 choices)
  • Add an optional reclosable zipper. If chosen, we will automatically include tear notches on the pouch.
  • Add an optional hang hole. If chosen, then you can select either round and euro-style.
  • Choose an optional 5% discount for allowing The Packaging Lab to include our logo on the back of your pouch. The logo will be small and unobtrusive.
  • Upload your artwork into the editor or create your own—making adjustments as needed
