Follow the easy step-by-step process to create your unique packaging.

1. CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT

Choose between two different styles of pouches or rollstock film—there's an option for everyone!

Stand-Up Pouch

These pouches have a gusseted bottom, so they can stand on their own in displays and on retail shelves.

Typically used for larger volumes, bulkier items, or multi-use products.

Delivered unsealed on top, so they're ready for you to fill right out of the box.

Lay-Flat Pouch

These pouches are also known as pillow pouches, 3-side-seal pouches, or simply flat pouches.

Commonly used for smaller volumes, flatter items, or single-use products.

Delivered unsealed on top, so they're ready for you to fill right out of the box.

Rollstock Film

Only order rollstock if you're working with a copacker (such as a contract manufacturer/packager), or if you have your own packaging machinery.

2. CREATE YOUR PRINT DESIGN

You'll need your artwork as a high-resolution PDF file, and the best way to create one is with a graphic design program—we recommend Adobe Illustrator.

Our free Illustrator dielines include file setup instructions, and an overlay that shows the positions of all features and options, as well as manufacturing tolerances.

Need help designing your pouch?

Don’t have Illustrator or a graphic designer of your own? No problem! We have a simple, fast, and inexpensive program called Design For Me for folks like you.

Our team of design experts will work with you to create a pouch that complements your brand.

3. CHOOSE YOUR OPTIONS

  • We have 12 stand-up and 8 lay-flat standard pouch sizes
  • We offer 3 film materials: clear, white, or metallized
  • We offer 2 surface finishes: gloss or matte
  • (NEW!) You can now elect to remove tear notches from your pouch.
  • An optional push-to-close zipper makes your pouches resealable
  • An optional hang hole makes your pouches easy to display
  • Our standard production time is 5 business days, but can be expedited to as little as 1 business day!
  • We have no minimum order quantity—order as many or as few as you need!

4. UPLOAD YOUR PRINT FILE(S)

Upload the print file on our dieline (by you, your designer, or us). We’ll use this high-resolution PDF with our HP Indigo press—you’ll love the quality digital printing can achieve!

If you’re ordering multiple print designs (often called SKUs), we can produce them together to save you money! Just put an item in your cart for each individual print file.

PLEASE NOTE: To be processed as multiple SKUs, all items must have identical pouch specifications other than quantity (size, material, finish, zipper, hang hole, and tear notches). Different sizes or specs must be ordered separately.

5. PLACE YOUR ORDER

Review your cart to confirm your selections, and enter your billing and shipping information.

We include FedEx Ground shipping with every order! Ground typically takes 2-5 days to arrive from our facility near Minneapolis, MN. Need your order faster? Upgrade to FedEx Express Saver, 2-Day, or Overnight!

Finally, enter your payment information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, E-check, or ACH payments.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You'll immediately receive an initial order confirmation, so you can be confident your order was properly submitted.

Our in-house graphics team personally reviews all incoming print files. If any issues prevent production, we'll reach out to inform you and provide direction on how to fix them.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not proofread for errors or omissions, or test barcodes, QR Codes, or web links.

If no changes are needed, we'll send an order summary email with your specifications and a low-resolution print preview—THIS IS YOUR PROOF. We move fast, so we don't need or wait for an approval from you before production.

PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to specifications or artwork after production begins may postpone your ship date and/or incur additional charges.

Your order will ship by the date on your summary, and you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information. If your shipment is in multiple boxes, the master tracking number will let you track them all.
