Our high-quality, custom-printed roll stock films can be used in a variety of applications such as pillow pouches, lay-flat pouches, and stand-up pouches.

Repeat Length *

This is the length of your entire image in the machine direction. This dimension should include all graphics, blank or unprinted areas, and registration marks. Please check your machine requirements before making your selection.

Roll Width *

This is the width of your entire image in the cross direction. This dimension should include all graphics, blank or unprinted areas, and registration marks. Please check your machine requirements before making your selection.

Material *

Thick Gauge Clear and White: 48ga PET / 3mil barrier coex. These are high barrier films.

Medium Gauge Clear and White: 48ga PET / 1.5mil PE. These are moderate barrier films.

Medium Gauge Metallized: 48 ga metPET / 1.5mil PE. This is high barrier film.

Thin Gauge Clear: 70 ga BOPP. This is low barrier film.

Finish *

Gloss finish has a smooth, shiny appearance

Matte finish is free of shine and has a muted appearance

Unwind/Orientation *

This is determined by the specifications of our packaging equipment. Please check your machine settings and requirements and refer to our chart of options before selecting your roll unwind and print orientation.
